u look like ihan on smosh…
U r really messed up, how can u have so many bad things?
Apparently my OCD is connected to my manic-depression, somehow. I constantly check things and have my bag arranged so that I can see everything, which is usually a problen since I have so much school stuff. I need to have things all neatly piled and in some sort of order. I always seeem to be washing too which just really annoys people. I get really bad panic attacks sometimes and then sometimes I don’t it all depends.
I have the same thing with the car. I ALWAYS have to check to make sure i’m in park, my lights are off and the doors are locked… multiple times. I know how you feel
I think im pretty much similar in the sense or paranoia – there will be many times where i will have to constantly check something etc to the point where it becomes ridiculous, and still not be satisfied with it as you said. Ive experienced the initial stages of a panic attack a couple of times too, but im not aware of a trigger.
