panic attacks, anxiety, depression, what meds?

First of all i have no insurance, so daily PhD therarpy or a long drawn out medical testin is out. I suffer from general anxiety, panic attacks that have resulted avoidance behavior to the max.
I’m curious what meds will wok best for me. I might be suffering from depression, I’m not sure.
I’m looking for a medication or medications that do the following.
1. No weight gain like I hear most meds of this nature do.
2. Do not cause severe addiction, or present severe withdrawls upon discontinuation.
3. I like sex, so it should have limite sexual side affects
4. I don’t want a medication that hops you up like cociane, I’ve heard some do this in attempts to reduce depression. No thanks.
Any tips?
The only med I’ve tried before is Xanax, and this was only taken three times per month when full blown panic sets in. I need a med that basically releives panic symptoms, leviates depression and axniet, no addiction, no weight gain, no sexual side affects.

Sertraline is the best one.
I use a full vitamin supplement and take rosehip pills. All organic and can be had at most any vitamin supply shop.
Takes a 2 or 3 weeks of daily use before the full affect is achieved.
Many people with your symptoms are just lacking vitamins or minerals in their body.
No addiction, side effects, weight gain or bad sexual side affects.
Also regular physical activity will help with depression. I forget the exact reason but doing exercise releases something in the body that makes one happy. I am not talking about trying to get a runners high.. just a long walk everyday or sometime working out with everyday items in the house.
For the Panic Attacks and anxiety look for beta blockers.

I hate taking doctor ordered meds… rather try to care for myself organically..
No I am not some far out fruitcake. I smoke, drink booze and ride a harley. Just hate chemical answers to everything.
Happy Holidays.
One excellent medicine for general anxiety is Paxil…they also have a drug called buspar. Both of these medications have not been shown to cause weight gain, they are not addivtive, and typically don’t have sexual side affects.
Buspar has the ability to treat both anxiety and panic attacks. You can google it to find out how it works.
You can try Ativan as needed for panic attacks. It is less addictive that xanax and has less side effects.
Paxil will help with depression. If you want to try Buspar instead of Paxil, Lexapro is a good anti-depressant.
it is not correct to advice therapy on-line
if you really want to solve the problem you have to find an psychiatrist,or better an psychotherapist.
your question suggests that you are interested to suppress symptoms, not to catch the source of it
i had all those problems when i was younger; i still have them just not as severe, zoloft, lexapro, those meds are good bedcause they release the seratonin needed to make ya happy. i didn’t gain weight from them, if anything i lost some weight. they also put me on depakote, a mood stabilizer pretty much same thing as lithium, and my moods, were perfect..i gained 90 lbs…ha! i was also on klonapin for anxiety and trazodone for sleep. but the zoloft and klonapin really did help me, for my depression and anxiety. i’ve lost tons of weight since depakote, i don’t reccomend that to anyone!
but a setraline type of pill like zoloft and lexapro and an anti-anxiety, should be fine. i also had no sexual side effects or anything you’re concerned with. good luck. it’s a tough road but i’m sure you’ll survuve. : )
