my house car and have 3 alarm clocks and check them at night at least 5 times to see if my alarm is on.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , they teach me to get over my anxiety and panic attacks by making face my fears little by little , also
change to positive afirmation instead of negative ,

yes, ok I have heard of that…how is that working for you?…Were you directed to take medication first? If so what what are your thoughts on meds.?

yes , i am learning to go out more using CBT . my still have a attacks but they are getting mild ,
