Can people get panic attacks as a result of mono?
I was diagnosed with mono and a few weeks before i started having panic attacks. Now, there a lot worse,, and i always think my throat is shutting. What is up with me? How can i make the panic attacks go away?

I don’t know for sure but I think you can get a reaction like that with mono. It swells the neck muscles, I think..
But see when that happens, it probably scares the heck out of you, and there is you’re panic attack.
So think. What can I logically do about this? Find out all you can, see or call the doctor again to reassure yourself that this is no harm to you.
