Piper, Paige and Leo fight, to convince, Phoebe, now a mermaid, to return to his life as a Charmed when they swim “away from his problems, acts by Cole. Meanwhile, Piper casts a spell to stop her panic attacks, but rather to their fear, they suppressed endangered herself and her baby when a demon of the sea immediately after the siren sister Phoebe. To help Phoebe, Paige takes drastic measures and promotes the use of Cole and his demonic forces found.

It wasn’t the sea hag that killed their mom and they know that. It’s just that it relates to water, and it was a water demon that killed Patty, so it triggered some bad memories for Piper. Along with the fact that Leo mentioned “You’re a lot like your mother, Piper. She was careless too. She thought she was invincible, but she was wrong.” and all that.
