hi ..welcome ..back ..sorry your goin thru a difficult period …your right there’s no magic cure ..it takes courage and time ..and we need to be patient with our selves. I can relate to your feeling of hope even when surrounded with so much anxiety etc. Taking control does really help ..good advice..its not easy though. I think i always have some hope even when going thru setbacks. Work situations are hard and they do take thier toll ..hope you can get over this setback and make improvements.
I’m sorry to hear your having a tough time at the moment. I understand what your saying about always having to work hard. When my depression was really bad, i couldn’t do it at all. Now i’m trying to beat it, i know what you mean about it always being up and down, there is never that happy medium. I really hope you start to feel a bit better! Take care xx

I too get that feeling of been drained,Social Anxiety can be mentally draining but also physically draining,i find i sleep way too much,feel tired way to much also,despite getting a lot of exercise,but the trick is to keep plugging away and NEVER GIVE UP no matter how hard things get.

I have been kind of isolated lately as well lately. I can relate to what you said about having to do things at work, because you have no choice. I have so many of these situations at school that take me out of my comfort zone. It’s good that I have to do things, but it brings on so much anxiety.
