When I first got my license I felt really nervous driving in the city, probably normal for a 15-16 year old kid, at the time. Now days I can drive in the worse traffic with one hand on the wheel etc.
That part about getting tired really fast holds true to.
Exposure therapy seems like to most intuitive approach, though it seems to take a while also.

Oh yeah, now I can drive 40 minutes away from home without too much problem. I’m making huge progress with driving distances. However, you’ll notice in my more recent videos that I’ve begun other types of exposure therapy including buildings and stores. That part of my progress is more challenging to say the least.
