I just feel as if i failed that i needed the klonopin again to deal with my anxiety.

I used to be an A student until the middle of my junior year in college. I began to have trouble managing panic attacks, became socially phobic, had an OCD flareup, and got extremely depressed right before school started. My cumulative GPA went from 4.0 to a 0.97 in the fall semester and I was able to bring it up to a 2.0 in the spring through more aggressive treatment. My total GPA is about 3.1 now. I decided to take online classes this semester that required some papers and in-class tests. I took all the tests and got As on each. I wrote all the papers but I couldn’t bring myself to turn them in. I have this irrational fear that the instructors will think they are so bad that they’ll call me up or send me an email telling me that they are the worst papers ever. I have these obsessive thoughts that the papers need to be perfect or else they are worthless. It feels like I’m banging my head against a wall. The result is that I failed all of my classes despite doing the work.
I should note that I am so embarrassed by these thoughts that I can’t even bear to tell my psychiatrist or psychologist, who I see each week. I try to tell them and each time I just choke up and the words don’t come. I feel worthless and impotent, like I have so much to say but my body won’t let me say it.
I’m not paranoid or psychotic. The thing is that I KNOW these thoughts are rubbish, but I still obey them. My brother is a professor of the same subject I am studying. He says that all my papers are 90+ material, which is the kind of grade I’ve gotten in the past. The disability coordinator at my college ordered IQ testing and I was in the 93rd percentile.
I try to contact professors about this, but again I literally can’t bring myself to do it. I used to make speeches and do talks for a marketing company and now I’m so agoraphobic that I can’t leave my home more than once a week. I thought that the online classes would be a good option, but I was so wrong. Ideas?
Someone emailed me asking what these thoughts were like… the answer is that they are just a constant self-dialog about how I am so stupid, how I shouldn’t even try turning in the papers, and how my work is just laughable.
