Three days ago I was in a lounge / bar with some friends. Let me say first that I had two and a half of beer before hand, but not drunk enough for me, in hindsight. I also had a few sips of beer from my friend in the living room and nothing else. So, no drugs were slipped into my drink. any way I danced with a guy and HES talk to me and I think I know what I have said, but im not sure. as if I were in a dream, and I was dizzy and disoriented. ive got earlier in the school. It’s like my thoughts about blacks and then I “wake up” and I hear or see things. i absorb information, but nothing registers. When I danced with this guy (btw, I do not remember half the **** is happening. It comes with its fast as a blur), and I think I saw black and wake up “to articulate something for me because of the music and then I read his lips. When I got back everything he said to me after I “woke up came” to me. and on top of that, not sure even if this has happened, or I imagine all these Black outchose. So far I have only fainted when I’m nervous. as someone who is screaming at me, or whether I am carrying out under pressure. oh yeah and another thing, in almost finished my trick, social anxiety and was the first time I danced with a guy like that. The last time was long ago. im 18 now. merciaussi what the man said was disgusting.

PostHeaderIcon How can I finally overcome anxiety or panic attack. I get this anxiety stuff when there is no reason for it?

i am 36yrs of age. Until three years ago i never used to have anxiety or panic attack. the situation seems to be getting out of hand cos now it affects my public speaking and annoyingly my writting. (i get so nervousand jittery when somebody is watching me write that my hands get frozen and cant even write my name without great effort. my hand will shake and my handwriting will be clumsy. And the kind of job irequires me to write all the time while a customer sits beside or opposite me.

i have tried deep breathing –sometimes its works but sometimes when i am already highly charged (with my heart beat pumping fast) it doesnt work.

i actually need a psycological technigue or help to overcome this. Cos i have come to realise that my thought and emotional state affects the degree of my anxiety. For example i tend to be less nervous or nervous-free ( as such i write well, speak publicly well) when i am angry or in a sad mood. ie anger, annoyance, sad event calms my nerves.

so pls what can i do to combact anxiety, always remain calm-no matter i.e be unshakable by events/situations, and in summary become fearless and worry-free. Thanks

uncontrollable leg twitching, and minutes later, your mind is like twitching, minutes later your whole body twitches uncontrollably, extreme uncomfortableness, next was like a hot flash, extreme perspiration for about 15 seconds, chest pains, and vision gets extremely blurry, the colors that are seen turn to just yellow and black.

My situation is so depressing. I was with a girl for 4 years and could never commit. I always said we would get married, then just changed my mind and told her to wait. This will be my 3rd doctor in the last 2 years. One doctor told me, “your not depressed it’s life get over it.” The 2nd doctor started off okay like I could trust her. She gave me Zoloft and Xanex that made me feel like I was on cloud nine, I was up all night and headaches and chest pains, I told myself I would never take those meds. again. Then my depression got worse and I was seeing the same doctor even more for different reasons. She recently blew up on me when I was having problems swollowing my saliva while having a panic attack and she told me STOP DRIVING, and why do I keep coming and calling her office. That brings me to this week, I will be seeing a new doctor, a guy, and I don’t know what to ask for as for as meds. for my panic attacks / depression. I don’t know what to say when I get to the office. I’m confused I do know I want to try a different medication for my panic attacks/ depression. Any advice?
